Superb service from start to finish. Thomas expertly assembled the dozens of parts it took to put together our new recumbent bike, set it up where we wanted, and removed all the packaging materials that were left behind, all in less than 90 minutes. We were extremely impressed and delighted with Thomas's demeanor and expertise. Highly recommended.

Christian was an extremely talented and nice guy. Pleased with process However, within 60 days the new 65” TV and mount fell to the floor. Fixtman would not do anything to compensate me because it didn’t fall within 30 days. One side of tv was put in drywall. The weight of tv and mount (appx 75 lbs) fell to the floor.

The Techs that were sent to my house were definitively new to this job. They were very polite though. They took 4 days to complete an 8 hour job (15 or so hours for them) They work they did was Good, Not great but good.The end result I am more or less happy with.

My experience talking with FixTMan: After multiple reschedules on their end. A Tech did show up.
For the inconvenience of having multiple reschedules and a slow assembly time they compensated me, which I find acceptable.
